Weekly 1-to-1 check-ins ensure you stay focused, feel supported and continue to make progress.

These check-ins will cover everything including your activity outside of our sessions, your nutrition and your habits - and I’ll track your progress from day 1.

A BIT ABOUT ME
I was in my early twenties when I discovered strength training.
​
When I first joined a gym, I didn’t know anything about lifting weights and would default to the cardio machines. I'd never even thought about lifting weights.
​
Luckily, I was given a programme, and shown how to use the machines and free weights. I spent most of my spare time listening to fitness podcasts and researching exercise form.
Once I got more confident, I realised I loved the feeling of empowerment that comes with lifting weights. I also loved the sense of achievement from learning a new skill or seeing the weights increase.
​
This sparked my passion as a personal trainer, to help people feel confident in the gym and enable them to experience the same benefits I have, whilst enjoying the process.
MY APPROACH
My mission is to help those who aren't confident in the gym learn to lift weights, get fitter, stronger and build sustainable, healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Exercise is often seen as a chore, or just as something you have to do if you want to change your body shape. But it has so much more to offer! As a personal trainer, I love helping people discover how incredibly empowering it is to get fitter & stronger.
​
We'll work together to understand where you’d like to be, as well as where you’re at right now and what particular barriers you’re facing, in terms of your level of gym experience, your confidence, your stress levels, etc.
​
The Get Set Sweat private gym is friendly and welcoming, with no on-lookers, ​meaning there's no need to feel intimated.
PRICING
I provide a coaching package as I believe this is the best way to support you in achieving your goals.
​
Services are between £120-£300 per month, depending on the number of sessions you'd like to book per week.
​
All packages include a personalised and bespoke training plan and nutrition guidance, devlivered via an app.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
My private gym provides a friendly, non-intimidating workout environment.
I don't enforce strict rules, but instead work with you to find the best way to help you reach your goals.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN?
I’d highly recommend at least two sessions a week to begin with. This will help you to make the fastest progress in terms and will help you to learn good technique.
